Veteran television host Boy Abunda has opted to remain silent regarding the recent breakup announcement of celebrities Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque.

Following the joint statement released by Bea and Dom concerning their separation and the postponement of their wedding, many have awaited Tito Boy’s response to the news.
In their official statement, the former couple expressed their displeasure at the unauthorized circulation of news about their breakup. They clarified that they wanted more time to carefully consider and pray about their decision, but due to rampant speculation and false reports, they felt compelled to address the issue publicly for the sake of their peace of mind and their families.
Tito Boy had previously confirmed the breakup of Bea and Dom during his segment ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,’ citing information from reliable sources.
During his contract renewal with GMA Network, Boy was questioned about his stance on the matter.
“Ganito ang posisyon ko. I promised myself and I promise my concerned friends and good sources that for now I’m not going to comment,” stated the acclaimed TV personality in an interview with GMA Network.
He emphasized the need to respect the pain experienced by the parties involved, adding, “Even pain deserves respect.”

In a subsequent explanation during the GMA interview, Boy elaborated, “But is it tantamount that I’m not going to make a comment? No. But there’s a time to speak and there’s a time to shut up. Right at this moment, I’m choosing to shut up. But not for long,” he concluded.
