In the wake of the contract renewals of Kapamilya stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, questions arise regarding the future of controversial actress Andrea Brillantes within ABS-CBN’s roster.
During the latest segment of the ‘Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update,’ co-host Tita Jegs probed about Andrea’s upcoming projects following her stint in ‘Senior High.’
Ogie Diaz, a talent manager and showbiz vlogger, shed light on the matter, revealing insights from his discussion with ABS-CBN management. He disclosed that despite recent controversies surrounding Andrea, the network has no plans to sideline her.
“May plano ang ABS-CBN kay Andrea. May nakausap nga ako sa management ng ABS-CBN na magkakaroon ng sequel ang “Senior High” dahil may clamor at maganda ang serye,” Ogie shared. “Kaya, sila-sila uli ang mga bida. Despite the fact na may mga issue na involved si Andrea, hindi naman siya pababayaan ng ABS-CBN.”
He emphasized that despite the challenges Andrea has faced, ABS-CBN remains committed to supporting her career.
