GMA Network’s long-running afternoon drama, ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap (AKNP),’ has once again secured its position as the daytime ratings leader, reclaiming the throne from its Kapuso counterpart, ‘Stolen Life.’
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, AKNP has surpassed ‘Stolen Life’ in the daytime rankings, marking a noteworthy comeback.
On Thursday, February 8, AKNP achieved a rating of 10.3 percent, securing the fourth spot on the overall ratings chart. ‘Stolen Life,’ on the other hand, posted a 10.1 percent rating, placing it in the fifth position on the overall ratings board.
AKNP continued its winning streak on Friday, February 9, with a rating of 11.4 percent, surpassing ‘Stolen Life’s’ 11.2 percent by a margin of 0.2 percent. Both Kapuso afternoon dramas maintained their respective positions on the overall ratings leaderboard at number 4 and number 5.
Before AKNP’s resurgence, ‘Stolen Life’ held the lead in their programming block. On Tuesday, February 6, ‘Stolen Life’ secured the fourth position with a 10.8 percent rating, while AKNP followed closely in fifth with a 10.6 percent rating, maintaining a slim margin of 0.2 percent.
Wednesday, February 7, witnessed ‘Stolen Life’ maintaining its lead with an 11.1 percent rating, surpassing AKNP’s 10.9 percent by 0.2 percent.
The question now lingers: will AKNP’s winning streak continue, or will ‘Stolen Life’ manage to steal back the daytime lead once again?
