On January 8, actor Xian Lim talked about moving forward and focusing on himself and his happiness.
At the media conference for the upcoming Kapuso primetime series, which LionhearTV covered, Lim responded to questions about the state of his heart.
“Kailangan lang po talaga natin–kailangan lang po talaga natin maging masaya muna, unahin muna natin ang sarili.”
He also cited his belief that everything happens for a reason.
“Lahat naman po ng bagay sa buhay natin, nangyayari for a reason, hindi man natin alam kung ano ‘yung rason na ‘yun ngayon, all we have to do is move forward from whatever it is that happened.”
Earlier, Lim and his former girlfriend, Kim Chiu, confirmed their split after their 12-year relationship.Â
He also discussed his plans for 2024, noting that he preferred to keep himself busy.
“I think plans for 2024, we have to work, keep on working, ‘yun lang naman po ang gusto natin, work on yourself and keep on doing different things, doing [different] projects, keeping busy.”

Under the direction of Jerry Sineneng, Love Die Repeat airs on January 15 via GMA Network.
