On January 8, actor Xian Lim discussed his belief that everything happens for a reason.
At the media conference for the upcoming Kapuso primetime series, which LionhearTV covered, Lim addressed whether he believes a love that ended could repeat or happen again.
“I think in life, everything happens for a reason. ‘Yun lang naman po ‘yun, mapa- hindi man umulit o umulit man ‘yun, everything is going to happen for a reason.”
He then cited his focus on moving forward with his life.
“Lahat nga po ng pangyayari sa buhay eh it happens for a reason, so we just have to move forward kung ano man po ‘yun.”
Earlier, Lim and his former girlfriend, Kim Chiu, confirmed their split after their 12-year relationship.Â
Aside from his views about moving forward, he also highlighted his plans for 2024.Â
“I think plans for 2024, we have to work, keep on working, ‘yun lang naman po ang gusto natin, work on yourself and keep on doing different things, doing [different] projects, keeping busy.”
As for Love Die Repeat, the series stars Jennylyn Mercado and Xian Lim with Mike Tan, Valerie Concepcion, Myrtle Sarrosa, and Valeen Montenegro.Â
The Kapuso primetime teleserye also features an ensemble cast with Ina Feleo, Nonie Buencamino, Malou de Guzman, Shyr Valdez, Samantha Lopez, Ervic Vijandre, Faye Lorenzo, Victor Anastacio, and Lui Manansala.
Under the direction of Jerry Sineneng, Love Die Repeat airs on January 15 via GMA Network.
