In a New Year’s Eve live session on Instagram, Sharon Cuneta addressed swirling rumors about her marriage, confirming that she and her husband, former senator Kiko Pangilinan, briefly separated due to a misunderstanding.
The couple, joined by their three children, took to social media to share their greetings and dispel speculations.
Cuneta began by expressing, “Happy New Year, everybody. I’m with my family. We’re fine and we love you,” taking a moment to mention her eldest daughter, KC Concepcion, who is currently in the United States.
Acknowledging the buzz around her previous social media posts, where she hinted at personal challenges, Cuneta apologized for any unintended hurt and clarified that her posts were reflections of moments of sadness and subsequent resolution.
“For the record, ain’t nothing wrong with any of our brains. We good. We normal. We just got some emotions because we’re real people,” she added.
