On January 16, Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino discussed what it was like being blind in love.

At the media event for the teleserye version of Linlang, which LionhearTV covered, Avelino remarked that it was normal for some to become blind in love, especially for their significant others.

“Ganon naman siguro, when you love someone, you try to love them fully. So wala.”

He also noted that he may have given his all when falling in love with someone.

Aside from discussing his views about love, Avelino also detailed some of his character’s defining moments in Linlang, especially being a father.

“Defining moment of my character is I think, when the three of us are together. Me, Juliana, and Abby. Kasi, as you all know, I’m also a parent, and malapit talaga sa puso ko lagi, lalo na’t gumagawa ng mga ganitong eksena dahil nararamdaman ko ‘yung sarili ko bilang tatay talaga.

“And at the same time, napakagaling nitong bata, siguro ‘yun ‘yung mga defining moments ng mga character.

“And there’s so many scenes na hindi pa napapakita. The moments with me and Abby, tuwing naalala ko ‘yun, may kirot pa rin sa puso ko kapag naalala ko ‘yung mga linyahan kung paano tumingin sa akin ‘yung bata.”

As for Linlang, the teleserye version of the drama series promises never-before-seen scenes from a critically acclaimed program.

Linlang initially streamed on Prime Video and has now returned to free TV with more ‘gigil-inducing’ moments to offer.

The Kapamilya teleserye stars Kim Chiu, Paulo Avelino, JM De Guzman, Maricel Soriano, Ruby Ruiz, and Kaila Estrada.

The series includes an ensemble cast with Jaime Fabregas, Raymond Bagatsing, Albie Casiño, Jake Ejercito, Heaven Peralejo, Adrian Lindayag, Race Matias, Benj Manalo, Lovely Abella, Frenchie Dy, Ross Pesigan, Hanna Lexie, Juno Advincula, Connie Virtucio, Lotlot Bustamante, Meann Espinosa, Danny Ramos, Bart Guingona, Marc Mcmahon, Anji Salvacion, and Kice.

Under the direction of FM Reyes and Jojo Saguin, catch the teleserye version of Linlang on Kapamilya platforms, including Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, TFC, A2Z, and TV5 starting January 22.
