Kapuso late-night drama series, ‘Lovers/Liars’, concluded its run this week; how did it perform in TV ratings?
According to the most recent Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Lovers/Liars’ maintained a plateau rating trend during its finale week.
On Monday, January 8, the Claudine Barretto-led series garnered a rating of 3.0 percent, showing a slight improvement of 0.9 percent compared to its rival ‘Fractured’, which secured a rating of 2.1 percent. It’s worth mentioning though that ‘Lovers/Liars” ratings encompass both the initial broadcast and delayed telecast on GTV.
The following day, January 9, saw ‘Lovers/Liars’ making strides by adding 1.0 percent, reaching a 4.0 percent rating, surpassing ‘Fractured’ by 1.1 percent.
Midweek on Wednesday, January 10, the Kapuso series continued its positive trend with a 0.1 percent increase, achieving a 4.1 percent rating, once again outperforming ‘Fractured’, which scored 2.4 percent.
On its final episode on Thursday, January 11, ‘Lovers/Liars’ experienced another incremental rise of 0.1 percent, reaching 4.2 percent, surpassing ‘Fractured”s 2.5 percent rating.
Despite the upward trajectory in the series’ ratings during its finale week, the overall score remained relatively stable, aligning with the range of 3.9 to 5.2 percent observed in the preceding week.
In comparison to the immediate previous week, the average rating for ‘Lovers/Liars’ during its finale week slightly decreased to 3.9 percent from the previous week’s 4.2 percent.
‘Lovers/Liars’, which had an 8-week run, premiered on November 20, 2023, concluding with its finale episode.
