On January 10, actor-director Eric Quizon recounted the conceptualization of their Net25 sitcom, partly inspired by their family’s experience after Dolphy passed away.
At the media conference for 3-in-1, which LionhearTV covered, Quizon cited how their experience as a family fulfilling their father’s last wishes helped inspire the conceptualization of their Net25 sitcom.
Lahat may differences ‘yan.”
He also clarified that while the series partly came from their experience as a family, 3-in-1 still had its differences.
“So noong na-conceptualized to, parang nabuo ‘to, partly inspired, di talaga based, pero inspired from that. Tapos noong ginagawa namin ‘to, na o may gagawin kami na show.”
He then detailed how Maricel Soriano expressed her interest in joining the Net25 sitcom.
That’s how it started talaga.
Parang nadodoon ‘yun. Parang inspired from the patriarch. Pero, ‘yung mga sitwasyon, medyo iba naman.”
3-in-1 stars Maricel Soriano, Eric Quizon, Epy Quizon, Vito Quizon, Vandolph Quizon, Boy 2 Quizon with Bearwin Mailey, Long Mejia, Tya Ruth, and Donna Cariaga.
