On January 12, actor Eric Ejercito recounted the career advice he received from his father, ER Ejercito.
At the media event for the upcoming movie The Guardian, which LionhearTV covered, Ejercito remarked that his father reminded him to always ‘autograph his work with quality.’
“He always has this motto [where] I should autograph my work with quality. So, whatever I do, I give it my best and quality.”
As for his role in the movie, Ejercito would take on the local male lead for The Guardian.
As for his acting experience, Ejercito appeared in short films, such as Unconditionally and Kung ako si Asiong.Â
He also ventured into music with his songs Fearless and Fool.
As for the upcoming Philippine-Korean movie, The Guardian stars Pinoy actors Yassi Pressman, Wilbert Ross, and Jeric Raval with Ashtine Olviga, Eric Ejercito, Joko Diaz, and Heart Ryan.
The South Korean actors include Nam Woo-Hyun, Han Jae-Seok, and Park Eun-Hye.
Under the direction of Jeong Jang-Hwan, The Guardian is currently in production, with the Korean and Filipino teams planning to film for 17 days.
The Guardian is a collaboration between South Korea and the Philippines, with Parallax Studio, Viva Films, and Ovation Productions as the local producers.
