On January 18, Drag Den Season 2 Director Rod Singh, Miss Grand International 2016 first runner-up Nicole Cordoves, and social media influencer Sassa Gurl highlighted what was new in the second season of the drag reality show.
At the premiere night event of Drag Den Season 2 with Manila Luzon: Retribution, which LionhearTV covered, Singh remarked that the second season of the drag reality show features new rules, more drag artists, and ‘bigger’ celebrity guests.
“New rules, mapapanood ninyo na in a while, kung ano ‘yung mga binago. And mayroon tayong 10 drag artist, tapos siyempre we have bigger celebrity guests, drag enforcers, this time. At dahil ‘yun sa suporta na nakuha natin from Season 1.”
She then thanked those who supported the first season of Drag Den with Manila Luzon.
Hindi lang double, hindi lang triple, but quadruple of what we had before. So thank you, thank you so much.”
Cordoves emphasized the new and improved set for the second season of Drag Den.
So sobrang laki niya, kailangan mong mag-commute to the set.
Sassa underscored the talent of the ten drag artists joining the drag reality show.
So talagang, I will vouch for this season, talented lahat ng mga queens. And challenge? Not much naman, kasi kayang-kaya nilang dalhin ‘yung mga sarili nila pasabog lahat.
As for Drag Den Season 2 with Manila Luzon: Retribution, follow the ten queens Deja, Elvira, Feyvah Fatale, Jean Vilogue, Margaux, Maria Lava, Marlyn, Moi, Mrs. Tan, and Russia Fox as they compete for the title of Drag Supreme.
Hosted by RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Queen Manila Luzon, Drag Den Season 2 began this January 18 via Prime Video.
