ABS-CBN’s primetime bida lineup continues to showcase strength and maintain its dominance in the ratings race.
As per the latest ratings reports from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, Kapamilya teleseryes ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ (FPJBQ), ‘Linlang,’ and ‘Can’t Buy Me Love (CBML)’ retain their supremacy in their respective timeslots.
On Monday, January 22, FPJBQ secured a robust rating of 14.0 percent, outperforming ‘Black Rider,’ which attained a 12.4 percent rating, creating a substantial gap of 1.6 percent.
Following FPJBQ, its succeeding program ‘Linlang’ made a noteworthy debut with a high rating of 9.0 percent, surpassing rival ‘Love.Die.Repeat (LDR),’ which garnered a rating of 7.9 percent. Newly transferred to the third slot, CBML also emerged victorious, scoring 4.7 percent compared to ‘Asawa Na Asawa Ko (ANAK),’ which registered a rating of 4.3 percent. The latest Kapamilya youth-oriented miniseries ‘Zoomers’ also posted a win against ‘Queen of Masks’, 2.9 percent vs. 2.0 percent.
On the subsequent day, Tuesday, January 23, FPJBQ maintained its lead with a rating of 13.5 percent against ‘Black Rider’s 13.0 percent. ‘Linlang’ continued its winning streak with a rating of 9.9 percent, leading LDR by 1.9 percent at 8.0 percent. CBML also extended its winning streak, once again defeating ANAK, scoring 6.0 percent versus 4.8 percent, respectively. Zoomers meanwhile dropped to 2.0 percent, 0.6 percent lower than ‘Queen of Masks’ 2.6 percent.
However, on Wednesday, January 24, FPJBQ experienced its first loss to ‘Black Rider,’ scoring 12.2 percent against the latter’s 12.5 percent. ‘LDR’ also edged out ‘Linlang,’ scoring 8.4 percent versus 7.8 percent. It’s worth noting that FPJBQ and Linlang did not air on A2Z on that day due to PBA broadcasts, and the ratings of their Kapuso rivals include delayed telecast numbers. On the other hand, the DonBelle series CBML sustained its lead against ANAK, scoring 5.4 percent compared to ANAK’s 4.8 percent. ‘Zoomers’ also posted a win, scoring 1.8 percent. ‘Queen of Masks’ on the other hand, failed to enter the Top 30.
On Thursday, January 25, FPJBQ made a significant recovery, improving its ratings to 14.0 percent, once again beating ‘Black Rider,’ which secured 12.2 percent. Similarly, ‘Linlang’ posted a rating of 8.9 percent, 1.3 percent higher than LDR’s 7.6 percent. CBML remained supreme in the third slot with a rating of 5.0 percent against ANAK’s 4.3 percent. ‘Zoomers’ also extended its winning streak beating ‘Queen of Masks’ finale at 3.0 percent vs. 1.9 percent.
