On November 18, actress Yassi Pressman discussed the differences between Black Rider and her previous action series, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
At the media event for the Kapuso Mall Shows in Cebu for the Lapu-Lapu City Festival, which LionhearTV covered, Pressman explained that every production team has a different work environment.
“I think every family po is different, hindi naman po ‘yun sa network, pero per project din po talaga.
“Para pong sa amin ni Ruru, ‘yung pagsasama po namin sa Video City is very, very different po sa mga character namin na si Elias and si Vanessa. Kilusan din po ng pelikula sa television, very different.”
She felt excitement over her diverse working experience.
“And there’s just a lot of different people and at the end of the day parang kung okay naman lahat ng makakatrabaho mo papasok ka ng excited po eh. Magiging masaya sana sa pag-uwi dahil maganda ‘yung nagawa ninyo that day eh. So all of my projects have been like that and I’m always grateful and blessed so umuuwi po ako ng happy.”
She then recounted how her previous network and FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano production gave her the ‘blessing’ to take on the Kapuso action project.
“Ako po, I was excited, siyempre to be blessed with another project. Para po sa akin, ang magkaroon ng trabaho, ang makapagprovide po para sa family ko, especially, the most important thing, kasi po ako rin po talaga nagwo-work ever since bata pa lang po ako, pero siyempre, I’m glad that I had the blessings of the people I worked with for before.
“Like sila Tita Cory and my Probinsyano family, nagsabi po rin ako na I’m working, ganyan, so I’m going to do this next project. I’m going to work hard– I’m very grateful to have GMA trust me and to welcome me again in their home, and they gave me Vanessa.”
Kapuso stars Ruru Madrid, Yassi Pressman, and Matteo Guidicelli from Black Rider; Dennis Trillo and Andrea Torres from Love Before Sunrise; and Gabby Concepcion and Beauty Gonzalez from Stolen Life attended the Lapu-Lapu City Festival in Cebu from November 18 to 19, in back-to-back events to celebrate with their fans in GMA Regional TV.
