The revving sounds of race cars and loud cheers from roared for the last time this season, and Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP)’s officially announced the champions for this year’s TOYOTA GAZOO Racing (TGR) Vios Cup.
The final leg for 2023 was held at the Clark International Speedway, with this season’s racers giving motorsports fans a great season culmination with the introduction of the TGR Vios Cup Grand Prix.

Racers did not miss their last chance to join and pump up their adrenaline and the spectators’ excitement. This includes TGR seasoned racers Troy Montero and Enzo Pineda for Circuit Championship, joined by this season’s celebrity newcomer Ryan Agoncillo. Beauty queens Carla Lizardo and Megan Young, as well as crowd-favorites Macoy Dubs, Benedict Cua, Bianca Yao and Lexi Mendiola also returned to the track for the Autocross Challenge.
Participating racers across the three classes — Promotional, Sporting, and Super Sporting — in the Circuit Championship raced their hearts out to give the crowd a good show. Paolo Ayo (Race 7) and Alain Alzona (Race 8) dominated the Promotional class, while in the Sporting class, Bern Corpino (Race 7) and Mikey Keilani Jordan (Race 8), were announced as winners.
John Dizon also proved to be a great racer as he took the top spot in the Super Sporting class in both races 7 and 8. These champions have been proving their unparalleled racing prowess during the previous legs of the Vios Cup 2023. But during the finals, they emerged as more skilled racers, winning them their respective awards.
Racers for the Grand Prix for Circuit Championship, although new to this format, made electrifying moments in the race. Alain Alzona, Darrell Garbes and Royce Sarmiento who were hailed the victors in the Promotional, Sporting, and Super Sporting classes respectively, further proved that they were born to be in the speedway.
The same energy that the fans loved from the previous legs were consistent with all the participants, taking racing battles up a notch with their heated fervor and professionalism when it comes to racing.
It was a treat to all motorsports and Vios Cup fans alike to see all OMR cars in the same grid, battling each other in the tracks and all competing for the top spot. The pit stop action was a hit to the audience, as it sure brought tight gripping excitement from the tracks to the grandstand.
The Autocross Challenge including Apple David, Arianne Bautista, Migy Romulo, Reph Bangsil, Genesis Redido and Ezra Domingo, were cheered on by the crowd as they competed for top spots. At the end of the heart-stopping race, Patricia Tenorio, Ezra Domingo, John Rey San Diego and Carla Lizardo triumphed as champions for the Promotional Media and Influencer Classes and Sporting Media and Influencer Classes respectively.
