Amidst ongoing speculations surrounding her relationship with husband Richard Gutierrez, actress Sarah Lahbati has disclosed her return to the entertainment industry.
Lahbati, who has been a subject of recent rumors regarding a possible separation from Gutierrez, shared a glimpse of her script on Instagram with a succinct caption: “grateful.”
Television network TV5 subsequently confirmed that Lahbati is set to take on the leading role in the remake of Rudy Fernandez’s ‘Lumuhod Ka Sa Lupa,’ co-starring with Kiko Estrada.
While Lahbati made a brief appearance in Gutierrez’s ‘The Iron Heart’ series finale in October, her last significant TV role dates back to ‘The Promise of Forever’ in 2017. She also featured in the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival entry ‘Mission Unstapabol: The Don Identity.’
News of Lahbati’s comeback emerges amidst the swirling rumors about her marriage with Richard Gutierrez. The couple, who exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in 2020, has been together for three years and shares two children, Zion and Kai.
As of now, neither Gutierrez nor Lahbati has issued an official confirmation or denial regarding the speculated separation, leaving fans and the public in suspense about the current state of their relationship.
