On November 14, actress Jane De Leon remarked that she was open to an on-screen pairing with Janella Salvador.
At the media conference for ‘Shake, Rattle, and Roll: Extreme,’ which LionhearTV covered, De Leon said that she and Salvador are open to working on a project for a romantic pair, but it would depend on the offers.
“Kami ni Jeya (Janella) open kami, ‘yun ang masasabi ko, so it depends on the universe, or the producers, kung magkakaproject kami.
“Open kami with the projects, if ever na may magpro-produce or desisyon ng management.”
When asked if she was also open to making their pairing real, De Leon responded that she and Salvador love each other as friends.
“In real life, kahit hindi kami, mahal namin ang isa’t isa. And I think that’s enough because I know na magtatagal ‘yun than a relationship.”
She also addressed fans who shipped them after their roles as Narda and Regina in the Kapamilya fantasy action series, ‘Darna.’
“It’s okay, parang kapag fina-fantasize kami, na magkaroon ng fantasy sa world nila, it’s okay we support them naman. Kasi kami rin naman, kapag may idol ako outside Philippines, ganon din naman ‘yung naissip ko kapag may gusto akong mag-pair or mag-love team, so why not.”
