On December 6, Kapuso actor David Licauco shared his Christmas Plans with his family for 2023.
At the media event for his endorsement of the mobile phone brand OPPO, which LionhearTV covered, Licauco remarked that his family would be following their family tradition of going to Hong Kong for the holidays.
“I’m going to Hong Kong with my family, it has been a tradition of us for every year, so ngayon mag-Hong Kong kami and of course, dadalhin ko ‘yung OPPO para makapag-take kami ng pictures.”
Aside from his Christmas plans, Licauco also discussed how the mobile phone brand helped him get closer to his fans.
“Of course, I’m super grateful for that, kasi, like right now. I don’t have any shows, so I think buti na lang, binigyan nila ako ng avenue, to say hi to my fans. And [like] hopefully, entertain them. So ‘yan, I’m super grateful for that. Tsaka ‘yun, I think ‘yun ‘yung importance eh. Parang, you give inspiration to [the] people, and I think OPPO helped me and hopefully, more to come.”
He also recounted some notable fan moments he experienced that touched him thanks to the mobile phone brand.
“I remember there’s this one girl who approached me and told me na parang isa lang ‘yung gusto ko sabihin sayo– if you may not know, I have sleep apnea and it has disturbed me for so many years. Parang sabi niya sa akin, isa ring hope ko na parang mawala na ‘yung sleep apnea mo, makatulog ka ng maayos, and I really appreciate that like she knows me on a personal level.”

Licauco is one of the recent brand ambassadors of the mobile phone brand OPPO.
He attended the OPPO Fan Fest in SM City Baguio and performed for thousands of attendees and his fans.
As for his recent projects, Licauco stars in the upcoming Kapuso period piece, Pulang Araw, with Alden Richards, Sanya Lopez, and Barbie Forteza.
