Dimples Romana, another prominent actress, posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, accompanied by a photo of her and Valdez from 2009 when they starred in an episode of the ABS-CBN drama anthology ‘Maalaala Mo Kaya.’ Romana credited Valdez with changing her life, describing him as a warrior whose armor was made of love.
