Prime Video announced today that the K-drama series Death’s Game, a TVING & Amazon Original produced by SLL – will be available on Prime Video in the Philippines and more than 240 countries and territories worldwide, excluding South Korea and China, starting Friday, December 15.
Death’s Game, based on a popular webtoon of the same name, is led by Seo In-guk and Park So-dam. Seo In-guk, who began his career as a singer, is known for his roles in series such as Cafe Minamdang, Doom at Your Service, and The Smile Has Left Your Eyes.
Actress Park So-dam starred in Parasite. The extensive, star-studded cast also includes Kim Ji-hoon (The Flower of Evil), Choi Si-won (Love Is for Suckers), Sung Hoon (Woori the Virgin), Kim Kang-Hoon (Racket Boys), Jang Seung-jo (The Good Detective), Lee Jae-wook (Alchemy of Souls), Lee Do-hyun (The Glory), Go Youn-jung (Alchemy of Souls), Kim Jae-uck (Her Private Life), and Oh Jung-se (Revenant). The series is written and directed by Ha Byung-hoon, who previously directed 18 Again, Go Back Couple, and The Sound of My Heart.
The fantasy-drama series centers on Choi Yee-jae (Seo In-guk), who is down on his luck in every facet of his life. Overwhelmed with all of his failures, Yee-jae decides to take his own life and “control death.” Death (Park So-dam) then decides to punish Yee-jae and he is reincarnated 12 different times, living 12 different lives. As a part of his punishment, Yee-jae must stop their imminent deaths.
