Kim Chiu engaged in a light-hearted moment with a contestant named Gerald in ‘It’s Showtime’ on Tuesday (November 7).
The amusing interaction unfolded during the ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ segment when the contestant, introduced as Gerald Ponce, was playfully presented to Kim Chiu by Anne Curtis.
Amusingly, Kim Chiu embraced the joke and greeted Gerald with a friendly, “Kumusta ka na?”
With a cheerful laugh, she added, “Grabe Gerald, nagbago ka na.”
It’s worth noting that the mention of “Gerald” held a particular significance, as Gerald Anderson, who shares the same name, was Kim Chiu’s former on-screen love team partner.
