Hailing from Thailand, psychedelic rock band Lepyutin has released their groovy new single ‘Bora Bora’, bringing a moody island atmosphere to their listeners.
‘Bora Bora’ is a song about time and growing up, inviting the listener to look back at the past and reflect on the lessons learned and the growth they have experienced. Placing the setting with a groovy tempo,
Lepyutin asks their audience to visualise themselves sitting on an island with an incredible view, providing a serene escape from the chaos of everyday life, and creating a reflective atmosphere to think about the time that has passed and look forward to the future.
While Lepyutin had already written ‘Bora Bora’ for a year, it was originally conceived as a slower-tempo song for their live audiences to groove and dance along to.
Being featured in the setlists of many Lepyutin performances, fans have always been asking about the song. Now, Lepyutin has finally recorded the song officially, and is ready to share ‘Bora Bora’ with their fans.
This is Lepyutin’s second single release after their earlier ‘Lost in Translation’, as the band prepares to follow up with a successful 2024 after a productive year, where they also released their first EP Ain’t No Coincidence, and featured in Taiwan’s LUCfest in November.
