In a recent episode of ‘Marites University’ hosted Ambet Nabus, Jun Nardo, and Rose Garcia on Friday, November 10, speculations arose regarding the potential interest of a TV network in acquiring the services of ‘Asia’s Multimedia Star’ Alden Richards.
Showbiz columnist Lolit Solis’ Instagram post hinted at the circulating gossip, suggesting that a media company is actively pursuing Alden.
“Base naman sa pagkakabalita ko, mukhang hindi naman siya matatawag na production kundi network. May gano’n. Parang gusto nilang makuha si Alden,” disclosed Rose during the discussion.
Although Rose refrained from specifying the network, she mentioned that ABS-CBN and TV5 were among the possibilities.
Ambet acknowledged the absence of ABS-CBN but humorously proposed, “Baka NET25 ‘yan,” referring to the network.
While tempting, Ambet underscored the importance of considering the “staying power” of any potential move, particularly given Alden’s long-standing association with GMA Network.
