The talented percussionist of the popular Filipino band Ben&Ben Toni Muñoz recently revealed that she has been diagnosed with Bell’s palsy.
This announcement was made through a heartfelt Instagram post in which she shared the details of her condition and her journey to acceptance and recovery.
Bell’s palsy is a medical condition that leads to the sudden weakening or paralysis of facial muscles, typically on one side of the face. Toni disclosed that her left facial muscles were affected, resulting in a noticeable change in her facial expressions and speech patterns.
Toni emphasized that she had already been aware of her condition before the band embarked on a trip to Sydney, Australia, for a performance. She courageously explained her physical and emotional struggles in coming to terms with her diagnosis, describing it as a challenging and emotional roller coaster.

Despite these challenges, Toni assured her fans and supporters that she could still sing and perform with the band. She thanked her fans for their understanding and assured them that she would recover.
