On September 4, Viva stars Tiffany Grey and Apple Dy considered Nadine Lustre and Pia Wurtzbach as empowered women.
At the media conference for ‘Punit na Langit,’ which LionhearTV covered, Grey highlighted how she considered Lustre empowered with her freedom to choose what she wanted with her life.
Dy deemed Wurtzbach as an empowered woman with her successes in life.
“Pia Wurtzbach po, I think she’s a very empowered woman, and super successful niya, and mayroon siyang ginawang book recently, and she’s happy, married.
As for their preparations for their role in ‘Punit na Langit,’ Grey recounted how she prepared for some of the intense scenes in the upcoming Vivamax film.
As for Dy, she discussed her preparations for her role as someone who could not speak.
“Sobrang kinabahan ako, paano ko gagawin na hindi ako magsasalita with the emotion and expressions. So ang preparation ko is nagtanong ako sa mga relatives na pipe, paano sila nagco-communicate. Pero si Dyosa po is hindi siya nakapag-aral ng sign language, pero marunong siyang magsulat at magbasa, so ‘yun po ‘yung ginamit niyang communication using the pen and the notebook.”
