See You Soon emerged victorious against CFU Gaming in the MPL Cambodia Autumn Split 2023 Grand Finals held at AEON Mall Sen Sok City, Phnom Penh. The champions will take home the biggest share of the prize pool worth USD 40,000 alongside their M5 World Championship held in Manila, Philippines.
With a score of 4:3, See You Soon denied the all-Khmer squad CFU Gaming its supposed M World Series debut after their grueling best-of-seven (Bo7) match series.
See You Soon is paraded by Mon “RunTheKing” Phearun, Leng “SryImFelix” Kimhak, Sovan “Raa” Chanmakara, Poly “Trabot” Titrabot, and Filipino imports Clarence Jay “Kusey” Camilo and Michael “MP The King” Endino. The team is represented by coaches Vitou “CatGod” Chhim and Nim “Suki” Seyha.
Meanwhile, defending champions Burn X Flash settled for third place this season after suffering a devastating loss from CFU Gaming in the lower brackets final match.
See You Soon is set to come back and represent Cambodia in the upcoming M5 World Championship in the Philippines from December 2-17, 2023.
