Ricci Rivero has recently raised concerns about his reluctance to divulge any undisclosed information regarding his former girlfriend, Andrea Brillantes.
His comments emerged during an appearance on the radio program ‘Marites University,’ where he expressed his dissatisfaction with the portrayal of being the antagonist in the aftermath of his split from Andrea.
Ricci clarified his stance, stating, “Kasi ayoko na and sinabi ko ‘yan sa kanya paulit-ulit. So, I am the bad person here for not telling the public that I am single? She asked me not to let people know muna kasi baka masira ang image niya tapos nung hindi ako pumayag magkabalikan, sisiraan na ako bigla?”
His remarks followed a comment made by Andrea during an interview with Vice Ganda, in which she mentioned that Ricci had not been tending to his laundry. “Nanahimik ako sa detalye at tiniis lahat ang gawa-gawa nilang paninira d’yan sa mga laundry na ‘yan, sa mga gamit sa bahay para lang pagbigyan ang coping mechanism nila, pero sobra na,” he expressed.
“Wala naman nang mawawala sa akin, so bakit di ako magsasalita kung gusto pala nila ng detalye at hanggang ngayon hindi sila matigil sa kahibangan nila sa buhay ko.”
Additionally, the newly drafted PBA player hinted at the possibility of disclosing personal information that could have a detrimental impact on the actress’s public image if she persists in discussing him.
Nevertheless, he asserted, “Pero kung pati future ko nakadepende sa pangit na nakaraan na ‘yan, hindi na ako papayag.”
As of the time of publication, Andrea Brillantes has not issued a response to Ricci’s cautionary statements.
