Despite a statement from Baron Geisler’s manager, Arnold Vegafria, attempting to clarify certain showbiz reports, showbiz columnist Ogie Diaz has maintained that he sees no reason to apologize for his remarks about Baron in the latest episode of ‘Showbiz Updates’ aired on October 23.
Ogie Diaz defended his stance, asserting that he believes there was no wrongdoing in what he shared about Baron Geisler.
Diaz emphasized that the goal was not to tarnish Baron’s reputation but rather to report on the actor’s actions and behavior while on the set of ‘Senior High.’
“Wala ho akong dapat i-public apology.”
“I stand by my story.”
Earlier, Ogie Diaz had implied that Baron might be facing removal from the series ‘Senior High’ due to concerns raised by colleagues, particularly those working with him, including young actors. However, Baron had previously expressed through a message that he maintained a good working relationship with the young actors, including Andrea Brillantes, with no issues.
The rumors surrounding Baron’s alleged unprofessional behavior have raised concerns about potential damage to his career, especially since he has several projects in progress that are crucial for sustaining his livelihood and supporting his loved ones.
Ogie Diaz emphasized the importance of valuing and cherishing one’s work to prevent the risk of losing employment, as everyone typically has someone depending on them.
