Grand finalist of the ‘Mini Miss U’ competition, Eury Eleandre, delivered a memorable performance on the October 4 episode of the show, sparking discussions due to its relevance to the recent “icing incident” involving ‘It’s Showtime’ host Vice Ganda and co-host Ion Perez.
This incident prompted the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) to reevaluate alleged violations, resulting in a 12-day suspension for the hosts.
Eury concluded her performance by urging the audience to stand up for those who bring joy.
Ion Perez, Vice Ganda’s partner, enthusiastically applauded her at the end of her performance.
Eury Eleandre, the same contestant who moved Vice Ganda to tears during the competition, has received praise and positive comments from viewers. Many commended her talent and heartfelt message.
In related news, the replacement show for ‘It’s Showtime’ will be ‘It’s Your Lucky Day,’ featuring hosts Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, Melai Cantiveros, Long Mejia, Andrea Brillantes, and the ‘FranSeth’ loveteam, composed of Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin. It is scheduled to air from October 14 to October 27 in the “Showtime” time slot.
