On October 6, Kapuso star Jillian Ward revealed how she unwinds whenever she feels burnout.
At the media event for her month-long episode for ‘Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko Presents: Captain Kitten,’ Ward acknowledged that she gets burned out.
She then noted how having a good working environment or a moment of peace and quiet helps her recover from burnout.
She also noted how she ‘recharges’ herself through her time with her family and spirituality.
As for her role in ‘Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko Presents: Captain Kitten,’ Ward remarked how she enjoyed doing the stunts in the superhero-themed episode.
