Two Kapamilya action primetime series continue to dominate their respective time slots, consistently outperforming their rival programs.
According to the latest ratings data from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ)’ and ‘The Iron Heart (TIH)’ maintain their lead in their respective timeslots.
On Monday, October 2, FPJBQ once again topped the overall ratings chart after obtaining a 16.5 percent rating, which was significantly higher by 6.4 percent compared to its competitor, ‘Maging Sino Ka Man (MSKM),’ which only recorded a 10.1 percent rating.
Last week, FPJBQ also led the leaderboard and secured a substantial lead over its rival program, MSKM.
On Monday, September 25, FPJBQ received a 15.7 percent rating, while MSKM garnered only 10.5 percent. This trend continued on Tuesday, September 26, with FPJBQ at 15.6 percent and MSKM at 10.1 percent.
On Wednesday, September 27, FPJBQ achieved a 16.2 percent rating, while MSKM had 10.6 percent. FPJBQ’s ratings continued to rise on Thursday, September 28, reaching 17.0 percent, while MSKM dropped to 10.3 percent.
On Friday, September 29, FPJBQ scored a rating of 16.4 percent, outperforming MSKM’s 11.1 percent.
Meanwhile, the action-thriller series ‘The Iron Heart (TIH)’ also emerged victorious in its time slot.
On Monday, October 2, TIH once again defeated ‘Love Before Sunrise (LBS)’ with a rating of 8.0 percent against LBS’s 7.9 percent.
During the past week, TIH also went head-to-head with the pilot week of the new Kapuso romantic drama series, LBS.
On Monday, September 25, TIH surpassed LBS with ratings of 8.1 percent versus LBS’s 8.0 percent, spoiling the latter’s pilot episode.
This victory was followed by another win on Tuesday, September 26, with TIH at 8.6 percent and LBS at 7.5 percent. The results remained the same on Wednesday, September 27, with both programs obtaining 8.6 percent and 7.5 percent ratings, respectively.
On Thursday, September 28, TIH continued to rise, achieving its highest ratings of the entire run at 9.4 percent, while LBS received 7.7 percent.
Finally, on Friday, September 29, TIH once again triumphed over LBS, scoring 8.6 percent compared to LBS’s 8.1 percent.
