ABS-CBN’s ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ)’ continues to maintain its stronghold in the TV ratings race, while GMA Network’s afternoon drama ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap (AKNP)’ consistently claims the top spot as the number 1 Kapuso entertainment program.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey ratings, FPJBQ retained its overall number 1 position, while AKNP solidified its dominance among Kapuso shows, even surpassing its counterpart during the coveted primetime bloc.
On Monday, October 23, FPJBQ led the ratings with an average of 16.0 percent, edging ahead by 0.3 percent over second-placed 24 Oras, which scored 15.7 percent. AKNP secured the number 3 position with a rating of 10.9 percent, surpassing fellow Kapuso primetime series ‘Maging Sino Ka Man (MSKM),’ which scored 10.7 percent.
Continuing into Tuesday, October 24, FPJBQ maintained its top rank with a rating of 16.1 percent, followed by 24 Oras at 15.0 percent. AKNP sustained its number 3 position with a rating of 11.5 percent, while GMA Network’s flagship primetime program, MSKM, dropped to the number 5 spot with a rating of 10.5 percent.
Midweek on Wednesday, October 25, FPJBQ once again led the ratings with 15.1 percent, followed by 24 Oras at 14.0 percent, while AKNP held on to the number 3 spot with 11.3 percent.
By Thursday, October 26, the Coco Martin-led teleserye maintained its top position, tying with 24 Oras at 15.5 percent. AKNP continued its reign as the top Kapuso entertainment program, securing the 2nd position in the overall rating chart with a rating of 10.9 percent.
