The Kapamilya action-drama series ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ)’ and ’24 Oras’ continue their fierce competition for the top spot in the primetime and overall ratings, while the collaboration drama series ‘Unbreak My Heart (UMH)’ remains unrivaled in its time slot.
The most recent Nielsen NUTAM People survey ratings indicate that both FPJBQ and 24 Oras frequently exchange the lead during the week, with UMH consistently dominating its time slot, outperforming its Dreamscape rival, ‘Senior High.’
On Monday, October 9, ’24 Oras’ surged ahead with a rating of 16.8 percent, pushing FPJBQ into second place with a rating of 15.7 percent. Meanwhile, UMH secured a rating of 5.2 percent, surpassing ‘Senior High,’ which had 4.2 percent by a margin of 1 percent.
On Tuesday, October 10, FPJBQ reclaimed the lead, surpassing ’24 Oras’ with ratings of 16.5 percent and 16.1 percent, respectively. UMH maintained its position, ranking 10th with a 5.5 percent rating, once again outshining ‘Senior High,’ which received a 4.5 percent rating with a 1 percent difference.
Midweek, on Wednesday, October 11, ’24 Oras’ once again took the top spot with a rating of 17 percent, surpassing the second-ranking FPJBQ, which received 15.5 percent. UMH continued to excel in its time slot, achieving a 6.0 percent rating and a 2 percent lead over ‘Senior High,’ which scored 4.0 percent.
As the week progressed, on Thursday, October 12, ’24 Oras’ maintained its leadership with a rating of 16.9 percent, outpacing FPJBQ by 3.2 percent at 14.6 percent. UMH fell to the 11th spot with a rating of 4.9 percent but still outperformed ‘Senior High,’ which ranked 12th with a 4.2 percent rating.
By the end of the week, on Friday, October 13, FPJBQ regained the lead, topping the rating chart with a 16.9 percent rating, edging out ’24 Oras,’ which secured the second spot with a 16.7 percent rating. UMH did not air on Friday, but its time slot was still won by ‘Amazing Earth’ with a 4.3 percent rating, surpassing ‘Senior High,’ which obtained a 4.0 percent rating.
