The Kapuso family game show, ‘Family Feud,’ has now claimed the top spot as the number one daytime program, surpassing the long-time leader, ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap (AKNP).’
According to the most recent ratings report from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, the show hosted by Dingdong Dantes has risen to the number three position in the overall ratings chart, displacing AKNP in the number four position.
On Friday, October 20, ‘Family Feud’ achieved a remarkable rating of 10.6 percent, surpassing AKNP by 0.3 percent, as AKNP held a rating of 10.3 percent.
Prior to this, ‘Family Feud’ typically maintained rankings within the fifth to sixth positions on the ratings chart before its ascent to the third position.
On Monday, October 16, ‘Family Feud’ secured a rating of 9.8 percent, placing it in the sixth position on the leaderboard.
The following day, Tuesday, October 17, the Kapuso game show maintained its sixth position but experienced a slight dip to a 9.7 percent rating.
Midweek, on Wednesday, October 18, ‘Family Feud’ made a swift recovery, gaining an additional 0.6 percent in ratings, reaching 10.3 percent, and climbing one notch to the fifth position on the ratings chart.
On Thursday, October 19, ‘Family Feud’ further increased its rating to 10.5 percent, retaining its fifth position on the ratings board.
The question now is whether this trend will continue for ‘Family Feud’ or if AKNP will regain its lead in the daytime ranking.
