Our all-time favorite all-male group, A1, is celebrating 25 years in the music industry, and the Philippines is part of their silver anniversary concert. Pinoy fans can jam with A1 members Paul Marazzi, Christian Ingebrigtsen, Mark Read, and Ben Adams at the New Frontier Theater here in Manila on October 14-15.

Meanwhile, for Davaoeños and A1 fans, the group will perform earlier at the SMX Convention Center in Davao City on October 12. After that, they will head to Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino in Cebu on October 13 for another performance.

A1 arrived in Manila last October 9 before their concert to meet the promoters and partners. They met with the members of the press on October 10, where they expressed their appreciation for their fans in the Philippines and their joy in knowing that their songs touch the lives of their audience.
The British-Norwegian boy group was formed in 1998 and started their career in the music industry with their song “Be the First to Believe,” which quickly climbed the European charts. Later, A1 released top-charting songs including “Like A Rose,” “Caught In The Middle,” “Heaven By Your Side,” “Everytime,” “Walk In The Rain,” and their version of A-ha’s “Take On Me.”

In connection with their 25th Anniversary, A1 released their latest single, “Call Me When You Land,” which is now streaming on all music platforms nationwide. According to A1, the song is very relatable, especially since it was created during the pandemic when everyone was missing their loved ones, and communication was crucial. They expressed gratitude for the technology that helped them stay connected with their family members.

The A1 Twenty-Fifth Anniversary Philippines Concert Tour is presented by Concert Republic. Tickets for the Manila leg are now on sale at Ticketnet Online and the New Frontier Theater ticket booth. For Cebu and Davao, tickets will be available on SM Tickets.
