On August 22, Kapuso actress Yasmien Kurdi highlighted how ‘The Missing Husband’ was fit for the streaming platform Netflix.
At the media conference of ‘The Missing Husband,’ which LionhearTV covered, Kurdi emphasized the quality of their series and how it could compete internationally.
“I think ang The Missing Husband, it’s very modern.
She also noted the work their director, Mark Reyes, put into the project.
It’s because of Direk Mark Reyes. Alam kong quality, dadalhin niya sa hapon. And makikita talaga ‘yun sa show namin.
It’s very different for Dramarama sa Hapon, kasi akala mo Telebabad ang pinapanood mo at hindi Afternoon Prime.”
She also noted her hands-on involvement in translating the Arabic language they had in the series.
‘The Missing Husband’ stars Rocco Nacino, Yasmien Kurdi, Joross Gamboa, Sophie Albert, and Jak Roberto.
The cast also features Max Eigenmann, Michael Flores, Bryce Eusebio, Cai Cortez, Mark Herras, Nadine Samonte, and Patricia Coma.
Under the direction of Mark Reyes, ‘The Missing Husband,’ airs on August 28 on GMA Afternoon Prime.
