On September 7, artist Tony Labrusca shared his opinion about meeting his ex.
At the media event for the TV teleserye ‘Nag-Aapoy na Damdamin,’ which LionhearTV covered, Labrusca remarked that people change and become different when meeting their ex-romantic partners later in life.
“Yeah, okay lang kasi, people meet you at different stages in your life, di ba? So where you are now, the people in your past, they know a different version of you, [eh.] So when you see them again, you see them through a different perspective, kasi hindi na ikaw ‘yun.”
He also noted his views about taking revenge on another person.Â
“Sometimes maganda siyang isipin na may taong may ginawang malalang masama sayo, tapos gusto mo rin mag-take ng revenge, it seems like a nice idea pero at the end ikaw lang din ang masasaktan eh.”
He also referred to the characters in their series, ‘Nag-Aapoy na Damdamin,’ when sharing his opinion about revenge.
“At kung titignan mo ‘yung mga characters namin sa series, nahihirapan din sila, sa mga ginagawa nilang revenge-revenge. So, I think learn from Lucas, Melinda, Philip, and Claire na lang na revenge isn’t a good idea.”
As for their Kapamilya-Kapatid series, ‘Nag-aapoy na Damdamin’ stars JC De Vera, Ria Atayde, Tony Labrusca, and Jane Oineza.
