On September 5, Kapuso star Ruru Madrid considered himself lucky when Yassi Pressman accepted her role in ‘Black Rider.’
At the media conference for ‘Video City,’ Madrid highlighted how much he enjoyed working with Pressman in both their movie and series.
“Nagkataon ba?
So thank you.”
Pressman recounted when she received the offer for her role in ‘Black Rider.’
“Nauna po ito, siyempre this is under GMA Pictures and my family Viva Films, after po nito, siyempre nagpa-plano po kami for the rest of the year and the next year, and noong dumating po ‘yung offer from Black Rider, talagang pinag-isipan ko rin po muna, kasi nga siyempre, matagal na rin pong hindi nagteleserye on TV. Puro pelikula po talaga ‘yung gusto kong gawin, short series, or game show po, ‘yung Rolling In It.”
Pressman highlighted her excitement in accepting an action role, citing her training.
Nag-Muay Thai na rin po ako, back to the gym, so very exciting po.”
As for their film, ‘Video City’ stars Yassi Pressman and Ruru Madrid. The movie is a co-production between Viva Films and GMA Pictures.
