They delivered a heartfelt rendition of the iconic OPM song ‘Lead Me Lord’ by Gary Valenciano during a memorial service held in memory of the late GMA News stalwart.
This emotional musical tribute occurred at Christ The King Parish in Greenmeadows, Quezon City, where a multitude of journalists and entertainment figures congregated to convey their sympathies.

Prominent figures in attendance to bid farewell to Mike included GMA Network Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, Jessica Soho, Mel Tiangco, Vicky Morales, Arnold Clavio, Kara David, and numerous others.
The wake, which is open to the public, allows individuals to pay their last respects to Mike at Christ The King Parish in Greenmeadows, Quezon City, until 3:00 PM today, September 2.
Mike Enriquez, a revered figure in the field of broadcasting, passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 71. He commenced his broadcasting career in 1969 and joined GMA Network in 1995. During his illustrious career, he served as the news anchor for GMA’s flagship newscast, ’24 Oras,’ and hosted the long-running public affairs program, ‘Imbestigador.’ Additionally, Mike held key positions such as President of RGMA Network, Inc., and GMA Network’s Senior Vice President and Consultant for Radio Operations.
