In a recent episode of the Showbiz Update channel featuring Ogie Diaz, Mama Loi, and Tita Jegs on September 23, they discussed Liza Soberano’s call-out of a news site that published an article about her.
Liza recently shared that her project in Seoul emerged before her Hollywood endeavor but emphasized that she didn’t disregard either project.
Many judged her immediately, as if waiting for the next chapters in her career. This was reported by a tabloid news site that Liza took issue with.
Kaya si Liza mismo yung nag-call out.
He mentioned that upon reading the entire article, he noticed that there were comments that contradicted the bashers and provided positive statements about Liza.
According to Ogie, the problem with the article was that it lacked evidence. The writer did not provide any proof to show that there were indeed negative comments from netizens.
E wala.
Liza Soberano called out a news site for a negative headline about her ‘Hollywood dream.’
On X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, September 21, Liza expressed her disappointment over a news report with the headline: “Liza Soberano pinagtatawanan ng bashers.”
That’s why Liza said in her post, “What type of journalism is this @inquirerdotnet @banderaphl?? You guys are straight up shitting on a young woman’s dreams in the pursuit of clicks and comments. Don’t you guys have more important news to talk about??????”
The specific item was already deleted on X but is still active on the news site. It contained negative comments about Liza’s new online travel show titled ‘Liza in Korea’ and her dream to be part of Hollywood.
