The highly anticipated ABS-CBN-TV5 series, ‘Pira-Pirasong Paraiso,’ is set to get even more intense with the addition of veteran actress Maricel Soriano to the cast.
In a recently released teaser, the “Diamond Star” is introduced as Amanda, the grandmother of the Paraiso sisters. Her character is expected to play a pivotal role in the story as she unravels the truths hidden in the past.
The teaser’s message hints at the drama to come, stating, “Ang mali sa nakaraan, itatama sa kasalukuyan.”

Starting September 18, Soriano will be joining the lead stars of the series, including Charlie Dizon, Alexa Ilacad, Loisa Andalio, and Elisse Joson.
Apart from her role in ‘Pira-Pirasong Paraiso,’ Maricel Soriano is also part of another upcoming ABS-CBN program titled ‘Linlang.’ Earlier this year, she participated in a script reading for the show alongside Kim Chiu, JM de Guzman, and Paulo Avelino.
