On September 6, award-winning actor John Arcilla addressed whether he would get a teleserye deal with TV5.Â
At the ‘SpinGo’ Media Pre-Game event, which LionhearTV attended, Arcilla highlighted how he appreciated his role as Carlos Fiero in ‘Dirty Linen.’Â
“Medyo mas okay ngayon. Well, okay din ‘yung Ang Probinsyano, so siyempre mahal na mahal ko si Hipolito, ‘yung character ko, pero dati kasi mas minumura ako tsaka gusto akong mamatay ng tao.Â
“Noong si Carlos Fiero, nung mamatay ako, gusto naman ng tao na ako ay mabuhay. So somehow, I realized that I created the character differently. So I’m so happy for that.”
He then disclosed the possibility of getting a teleserye project with the Kapatid Network, noting that they are currently in talks with TV5.
“Nag-uusap kami ni Miss Joan diyan, matagal na, so hindi ko alam kung saan makakarating ‘yung kwentuhan namin.”
He also noted how his hosting stint in ‘SpinGo’ helps him unwind as an actor.
“Ang maganda lang dito, nakaka-unwind ka, nakaka-relax ka, so sobrang blessing sa akin itong pagho-host. Hindi siya makakasagabal or magiging hindrance at all. In fact makakadagdag ito para ma-refresh ako sa mga gagawin kong kasabay na project.”
Arcilla hosts the Kapatid Network game show ‘SpinGo,’ with the Spingorgeous Girl Sam Caloso.
