TAPE Inc.’s revamped noontime show, ‘Eat Bulaga,’ once again emerged victorious against its rival, E.A.T.
According to the most recent Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Eat Bulaga’ reclaimed the top spot on the noontime ratings chart, outperforming E.A.T.
On Tuesday, August 29, ‘Eat Bulaga’ achieved a rating of 4.2 percent, securing the 13th position on the ratings chart, while E.A.T. held the 14th position with a rating of 4.1 percent.
This marked the second time that the revamped ‘Eat Bulaga’ has surpassed TVJ E.A.T. since its debut on TV5 on July 1. The first victory was recorded on July 19, with ‘Eat Bulaga’ attaining a rating of 4.1 percent compared to E.A.T.’s 3.8 percent.
However, before this recent win by ‘Eat Bulaga,’ E.A.T. was leading the noontime ratings race.
On Monday, August 28, E.A.T. secured the 12th spot on the leaderboard with a rating of 4.9 percent. ‘Eat Bulaga’ followed at number 13 with a rating of 4.0 percent, while ‘It’s Showtime’ held the 14th position with a rating of 3.9 percent.
On Wednesday, August 30, E.A.T swiftly regained its top position, ranking 13th on the leaderboard with a 4.2 percent rating, followed by ‘Eat Bulaga’ at 14th with 3.8 percent and ‘It’s Showtime’ at 17th with a 2.9 percent rating.
Can ‘Eat Bulaga’ stage another victory and snatch the lead again from E.A.T in the coming days? Or will E.A.T. hold firm on its position in the ratings game? We’ll see.
