On August 8, social media influencer and content creator Zeinab Harake revealed that she had already made plans to watch the World Cup and support her beau Bobby Ray Parks.
At the media event for the endorsement deal ‘Hey Pretty’ at Cloud Studios in Quezon City, which LionhearTV covered, Harake confirmed she reserved August to support Parks.
“Siyempre ano– kailan ba ‘to, last two months di ba? Naka-block off na ako two months ago pa. Kasi masyado ng giver ‘yung jowa ko. So, parang ako kailangan ko rin naman gawin ‘yung part ko as partner niya.
“So, blinock ko ‘yung month ng game niya ngayon. Kasi sa iba hindi mo masuportahan eh, hindi ko masamahan, pero ‘yung mga ganyang kaespesyal, manalo, matalo, nandoon ako sa tabi niya. So pupuntahan po natin.”
She also recounted how netizens asked about her plans to watch the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023.
“Ang daming nagtatanong niyan, dito lang lumabas. ‘Pupunta ka ba sa World Cup? Pupunta ka ba? Bibili kami ng ticket.’ Ayan di ba, magkita-kita tayo. Ayan may nalaman sila, pupuntahan natin siyempre, support-support tayo, power of love.”
Aside from their inquiries, she also appreciated the support she got from her fans for her romance with the basketball player.
“Sobrang happy ako, like isa ‘yun sa mga kinaka-adikan ko sa Tiktok. ‘Yung mga edit nila sa amin, like kung paano sila naniniwala. And gustong-gusto talaga ng tao na sana siya na. And ako din naman. Sana siya na. Pero, sabay-sabay na lang tayo manalig.”
Harake and Parks made their relationship Instagram official in May 2023.
As for Parks, he is a Filipino-American professional basketball player for Nagoya Diamond Dolphins of the Japanese Basketball League.
As for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, the basketball competition happens in the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia from August 25 to September 10.
As for her endorsement, Harake signed an endorsement deal to promote Founder and CEO Anne Barreto’s Hey Pretty Aesthetic Clinics.
Joining Harake as a new endorser is the Kapuso actor Dennis Trillo who will promote the Hey Pretty Skin products such as Hey Pretty Skin Prestige Glow and Hey Pretty Skin Tinted Sunscreen.
