Kapuso actress Ysabel Ortega graced the stage of “It’s Showtime” for the first time on Friday, capturing the hearts of the lively “madlang people.”
Ysabel’s debut on the Kapamilya noontime show began with an energetic dance performance alongside the all-girl group Baby Dolls. Sharing the spotlight were Hashtags members Zeus Collins, CK Kieron, Kid Yambao, and Jameson Blake.
Welcomed warmly by the “It’s Showtime” hosts, led by Vice Ganda, Ysabel openly shared her mix of excitement and nervousness for the occasion.
“Grabe sobrang kinakabahan ako na nae-excite… kasi finally nakatapak na ako rito sa ‘Showtime’ studio,” she revealed with a joyful grin.
“Grabe, kinikilig ako… Nakabisita na ako, thank you,” she added with sincerity.
When asked about her dream collaboration with a Kapamilya artist, Ysabel responded promptly and with enthusiasm: “Kung pipili ako rito sa ‘Showtime,’ siyempre pipiliin ko na ‘yung matagal ko nang kakilala, si kuya Ryan (Bang).”
Her name also trended on X (former Twitter) that day.
