The Unkabogable Phenomenal Box Office Superstar recently figured in a road accident involving four vehicles.
It’s Showtime host, Vice Ganda, expressed his gratitude to fans and close friends, who extended their worries to him after his car got involved in a recent multiple-car collision. While he was able to survive the accident unscratched, many still expressed concerns for the Unkabogable Phenomenal Box Office Superstar.
“Maraming salamat din sa nagmemessage po sa akin, sa mga tumatawag at nagtetext sa akin, thank you very much. At para sa kalaaman ng lahat, okay naman po ako sa awa ng Diyos,” he told the Madlang People, during the airing of the August 24 episode of Its Showtime.
In an interview with MJ Felipe on TV Patrol, the comedian and TV host took his chance of detailing his supposedly terrifying experience during the accident. Despite the concern and worries raised by many for Vice Ganda’s condition after the incident, he nevertheless found an opportunity to lighten up the mood by recounting his hilarious encounter with his fellow car crash victim.
Vice’s car, a Cadillac Escalade, was among the four vehicles to get involved in the said vehicular collision. Known for its crash-proof durability, saved Vice Ganda and his driver, the comedian claimed. Because of this, Vice was able to get out of his car bruise-free, and get to other collision victims to know their condition.
“Sabi ko, ‘yung driver ng Benz!” he told Felipe, referring to the other sports car and its passengers, that got involved in the accident.
“So, bumaba na ako. Chineck ko, tulala silang dalawa. Mga bagets, magjowa. Tapos kinakatok ko. Sabi ko, ‘are you okay?! Are you okay?! Get out, you need some air?” he shared.
“In-English ko na kasi Benz ‘yung sasakyan eh, hindi ako ‘yung … ‘okay lang ba kayo? okay lang ba kayo? labas kayo… (hindi ganon)”, he added, eliciting laughter from Felipe.
“Sabi ko, ah Benz, tapos sports car, so (ako), are you okay? Get out, get some air!” he repeated.
According to Vice, his team is still pressed to file charges against whomever found responsible for the collision. That said, he reiterated his appeal to the contractor, as well as the delivery company, to extend help to the driver said to be the primary culprit behind the multiple-vehicle accident.
