The Pinoy Big Brother alumnus was among the most recent guests from ABS-CBN on the Kapuso showbiz talk show, Fast Talk w/ Boy Abunda.
Philippine entertainment’ favorite Korean oppa, Ryan Bang, delighted Filipino viewers, during his first guesting on a Kapuso talk show, last Tuesday, August 7. The It’s Showtime host, alongside fellow TV presenter, Jhong Hilario, were Boy Abunda’s guests on his top rating afternoon showbiz program.
On the show, Bang and Abunda talked about the former’s journey as a full time entertainer in the Philippines, and the success he has been earning since emerging one of the top grand finalists of the reality series, Pinoy Big Brother Teens. Bang notably became a mainstay host of It’s Showtime, after his very successful ‘hurado’ stint on the show, in 2012. It was his first time to guest on a Kapuso program via Fast Talk.
Asked about the possibility of getting offers to star in upcoming films, the Korean oppa ignited laughter among audiences with his answer.
“(Si Attorney) Anette Gozon! Oo, mukha siyang Korean, bagay kami!,” he said, prompting host, Boy Abunda, to explode in laughter, as well.
“Alam mo, marunong ka pumili!” Abunda commended Bang.
Bang went on by expounding on what projects he envisions the star alongside the Kapuso executive. “Para pagkatapos ng Fast Talk, 24 Oras, 5 hours teleserye namin!,“.
Atty. Anette Gozon, who has recently assumed the new role of being a Battle of the Judges judge, is yet to respond to Bang’s wish, but it sure is one insane idea that everybody now must be excited to keep tabs on. It’s hard to believe such a suggestion will come true in the future, but who knows? After all, It’s Showtime’s transfer to GMA Network’s GTV channel, was notably previously unheard of.
