‘Magandang Dilag’, the popular Kapuso afternoon drama, continues to maintain impressive ratings comparable to its primetime counterparts.
According to the latest preliminary overnight rating data from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, shared by @GMADrama on Twitter, the episode aired on Thursday, August 10, garnered a remarkable 12.3 percent rating. This surpasses its rival, ‘Pira-pirasong Paraiso’, which only managed to score 1.5 percent.

Throughout the week, ‘Magandang Dilag”s ratings fluctuated, resembling a roller coaster ride with ups and downs. It began the week on Monday, August 7, with a solid rating of 12.6 percent, a substantial 11.1 percent higher than its competitor, ‘Pira-pirasong Paraiso’, which obtained only 1.5 percent.
However, the Kapuso series experienced a significant drop on Tuesday, August 8, recording an 11.3 percent rating, 1.3 percent lower than the previous day. Nevertheless, it still managed to outperform ‘Pira-pirasong Paraiso’, which scored 1.4 percent.
On Wednesday, August 9, ‘Magandang Dilag’ swiftly recovered, gaining 0.8 percent in rating to reach 12.1 percent, once again surpassing its Kapamilya rival, ‘Pira-pirasong Paraiso’, which achieved 1.2 percent.
In the previous week, the series consistently posted impressive ratings ranging from 11 to 13 percent. On Monday, July 31, the Herlene Budol-starrer series achieved a rating of 11.2 percent, securing the sixth position on the rating chart.
On Tuesday, August 1, ‘Magandang Dilag’ maintained its number 6 position with an additional 0.4 percent, resulting in a rating of 11.6 percent.
On Wednesday, August 2, the Kapuso afternoon series continued to climb, gaining 0.1 percent to reach 11.7 percent.
On Thursday, August 3, ‘Magandang Dilag’ surged to an impressive 13.2 percent, climbing two notches to secure the fourth spot.
Finally, on Friday, August 4, the series maintained its fourth position but slightly dropped to a rating of 12.5 percent.
