On August 16, Kapamilya artist Elisse Joson considered her role ‘Sophie Madrigales’ in ‘Dirty Linen’ the best she had done in her career.
At the media conference for the finale week of ‘Dirty Linen,’ which LionhearTV covered, Joson highlighted how she would often rewatch the iconic scenes of the series.
“Yes! Even until now kasi, sa YouTube pinapanood ko pa rin ‘yung mga eksena. Kahit ma-miss out ko ‘yung buong episode. I would watch clips of the scenes, kasi grabe talaga kagaling lahat ng actors that’s part of this show.
“So I even want to experience it and watch it again and again. Parang ang dami ko ring mapupulot na aral dito. Ang dami kong mapupulot na eveything. From as an actor and from as a viewer.”
She then noted how the series helped open doors of opportunities for her career.
“Yes I’d say dito nabuksan ang many more doors ng opportunities.”
She thanked the production and Dreamscape for giving her the role right after her break from showbiz.
“Actually ‘yung nga po, that’s why I’m very, very thankful nga po for Dirty Linen, Dreamscape, kasi after a short break, parang a different turn over of myself, nabigyan pa din ako ng pagkakataon na bumalik sa pag-acting.
“And I’m– it was a hard parang pasok ulit. Kasi– yes ang tagal ko rin pong napahinga, ‘yung mind ko nga kasi po ay nasa motherhood, ‘yung pagbabalik ng work for me tapos ito pa, it was a challenging one.”
