Vivamax’s ‘Hosto’ star, Angela Morena, reveals her sacrifices to support her family but admits that she has made no sacrifices for love.
Joining Angela Morena in the cast are Vince Rillon, Denise Esteban, Ali Asistio, and Jay Manalo for Vivamax’s ‘Hosto,’ a film created by Brillante Mendoza and directed by Jao Elamparo. The movie was shot in Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun, and started screening on June 16.
‘Hosto’ follows the story of a young man who ventures to Japan to improve the lives of his family back home.
During the press conference on June 14, Angela revealed how she had to sacrifice her education to provide for her family.
While studying the film ‘Hosto,’ she shared how her role taught her about unconditional love. When asked about her thoughts on real-life ‘hosto,’ the actress said, “I don’t judge, it’s work.”
When questioned about whether she would consider being a ‘hosto’ herself, she replied, “Gagawin mo talaga lahat, as I shared it a while ago, kung ano yung mga na-sacrifice ko.”
Jao Elamparo’s ‘Hosto’ is now available for streaming on Vivamax.
