Social media personality and motivational speaker Rendon Labador blasted veteran TV host-comedian Joey de Leon following the latter’s remarks last July 10 believed to be about the producer and new hosts of ‘Eat Bulaga’ on GMA Network.
As the celebration of the 44th year of ‘Eat Bulaga!’ draws near, de Leon made remarks that apparently drew the attention of Labador.
Labador emphasized that TVJ owes a great deal of gratitude to TAPE Inc. because ‘Eat Bulaga!’ gained popularity and longevity because of the production company.
Labador also suggested that de Leon should move on from the past events and focus on their new program on TV5.
#stayMotivated.”
Labador concluded his comment by boldly stating that de Leon and the others were replaced because they have become irrelevant.
On July 15, Labador further expressed his thoughts through a Facebook post, telling de Leon to keep his mouth shut since many netizens have chosen their side, and his behavior is not something that the younger generation should emulate.
MOVE ON!!! #stayMotivated”
As of this writing, de Leon has not yet responded to Labador’s comments.
Labador has been known for meddling on celebrity issues online. It can be recalled that he apologized to Michael V and Coco Martin for his criticisms.
